Corum invests across a broad range of property sectors, principally in the UK, although consideration will be given to opportunities overseas where the Directors consider that there is an opportunity to extract above-average returns. Corum is an active, long term investor which develops and manages its portfolio to enhance the quality and value of assets and to improve rental values. We are conservative and opportunistic, seeking to find the opportunities which can provide above average returns with risks mitigated by our rigorous and hands-on approach.

The existing portfolio comprises 12 individual assets spread across a number of sectors and includes a limited proportion of development property.
