Corum Property Investments acquires Motor Retail Investment in Durham, UK.
Corum Property Investments Limited together with Lightstone Asset Management, have completed the acquisition of a 10,000 sqft modern car showroom situated opposite the Durham City Retail Park.
The property is let by way of a long term lease to an established regional motor trader, Richard Hardie Limited. The unit trades as a Peugeot main dealership and service centre.
The acquisition costs were funded from existing cash resources.
